Wedding photography chose me.

I thought I was going to be a painter, that my design degree would help me get there, and that photographing weddings would help pay my way through design school. But little did I know, as I blended my love for art and design into my wedding photography not only were couples drawn to my unique way of approaching weddings, but I fell in love with the ability to help couples hold on to that just-married feeling forever. 

 

From Toronto to New York City, Paris, London, Los Angeles and Hong Kong, I've been fortunate enough to photograph some of the most incredible people and their wedding celebrations here at home and across the globe for the last 13 years. The story of these sacred and beautiful days are precious. And no matter where I am, the one thing that has become more and more true is that I am deeply grateful to God for the responsibility and honour to photograph every single wedding I take on. To preserve the best story ever - your story.

After getting married to the love of my life Allie, and raising our little curly haired joy - Rosemary, I have a new and deeper appreciation of what it means to photograph some of life's greatest moments in a wedding day. And how important it is to preserve those in such a way that they only become more meaningful and rich as the years go on. Because you're living the good'ol days right now.
